Thumbs Up from Dundee Primary Schools

Our pilot scheme has been joined by 3 Dundee Primary Schools, and we’re delighted with the feedback. L4 and L5 students from Clepington, Glebelands and Rosebank were tasked with examining “is it okay if women to do more chores than men?”

Students were enthusiastic and engaged with the session, and were both quick and keen to offer their opinions. Working with the teaching staff and Head Teachers, there has been a tremendous amount of learning, and also the generation of ideas about how Share the Chores in-school programme can be extended beyond the school curriculum and classroom and used as learning resource for staff and even parents!
