Meatball Wrap with Greek Salad
Ingredients: Beef meatballs, Greek style flatbreads, cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, tzatziki, red onion, red wine vinegar, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Caramelised Onion Tart
Ingredients: Onions, pre-rolled puff pastry, mustard, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Serve with green beans and salad.

Margherita Pizza
Ingredients: Tinned tomatoes, sugar, oregano, sugar, tomato ketchup, grated mozzarella, olive oil, frozen pizza dough, salt and pepper.
Serve with salad or chips.

Courgette Soup
Ingredients: Courgettes, vegetable stock, olive oil, garlic, single cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Ingredients: Chicken breasts, garlic, ginger, spring onions, sesame seed oil, soya sauce, rice vinegar, honey and water.

Ingredients: Red onions, pre-rolled puff pastry, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, black olives, Feta Cheese and salt and pepper

Beef Tacos
Ingredients: Onion, garlic, olive oil, minced beef, cumin, paprika, beef stock, taco shells, tomatoes, lettuce, sweetcorn, grated mozzarella cheese, red onion, avocado, lemon, sour cream, tomato salsa, salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips and dips.
